  I was really disappointed with the company’s response to my issue with the dead shrubs. They offered a 120-day warranty, but it was buried in very small print, and they completely ignored my request to replace the plants before that timeframe. Honestly, I think buyers should be cautious – it seems like they’re not committed to customer satisfaction. report abuse

  I was incredibly concerned to witness one of your company’s trucks driving erratically – swerving dangerously between lanes and struggling to maintain a straight path. I recorded this behavior over several miles using my dashcam, and I’m happy to share the footage with you. It was truly alarming that no one was struck, considering the driver’s inability to control the vehicle for even a few seconds. While most people understandably gave him a wide berth, this situation is completely unacceptable and presents a serious safety hazard and reflects poorly on the company. report abuse

My experience was incredibly frustrating – the customer service was terrible, there was a complete lack of follow-up, and the staff could be quite rude. They then promised someone would come back in a few days for measurements and an estimate, but no one ever showed up, and I received no communication at all.
