  Jacob and Renee do an absolutely fantastic job – I’ve been consistently impressed with their professionalism and friendly attitudes.   Caleb and Dion were absolutely fantastic today – seriously, the best team we’ve had from AMS so far! They were incredibly thorough, professional, and attentive, and they really took care of everything. I was especially impressed with Caleb’s attention to detail; he not only did a great job trimming the bushes, but he also noticed the leaning hedge and took the initiative to stabilize it himself – something the previous tech had even mentioned doing! It’s fantastic work, and it’s made a huge difference. I really hope we can make this team our standard service team going forward. report abuse

  “Elias and Jose did an absolutely fantastic job! We were so impressed with their work – they took care of everything we needed, from a thorough yard clean-up in the front and back to trimming a tree and our oleander hedges, plus pulling weeds and applying weed spray. They were here within three days of our initial call, though they had to come back the next day due to the weather, but they were super responsive and got everything done perfectly. Honestly, we’re incredibly happy with the results and appreciate their attention to detail. They even checked in with us before they left to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend AMS Landscaping – they're affordable, really quick to respond, and do a great job. We’ll definitely be using them again!” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with AMS Landscaping. I hired them to fix a leaking irrigation line after purchasing my new home, and it’s turned into a huge hassle. I took photos of the original leak, and after closing two weeks later, my landscaper discovered the same leak had reappeared. AMS Landscaping claimed they hadn’t found a leak during their initial repair, and then sent me an invoice for $720 to fix it! They essentially said they don't stand behind their work and are charging me for a problem they apparently didn't address the first time. Frankly, it feels completely unacceptable. They offered to recommend other companies, but it’s clear they have absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. I’m left feeling frustrated and like my time and money were wasted. I strongly advise against using AMS Landscaping – you’re better off finding a company that genuinely cares about ensuring you’re happy with their work. report abuse
