“I recently applied epoxy to my shower and bathtub, and honestly, it was a bit of a surprise to find such a well-maintained, almost trailer park-like, facility tucked away right in the middle of town. The overall quality of the work was quite good.”
-
Overall, the property feels really refreshed since Vineyards took over. They’ve made some fantastic improvements like the new roads and pool, which is great news. Chris, the manager, is also a really helpful and responsive person – it’s clear he’s invested in making the community a more enjoyable place to live.
-
Overall, it’s a really promising place. They’ve clearly been investing in improvements – there are a lot of updated mobile homes, and many others are currently being worked on. The pool renovation looks great, and the addition of the offices and meeting hall is a fantastic upgrade. Plus, it felt noticeably cleaner than the surrounding area, which was a big plus.

“I’m incredibly frustrated. It’s been over eight months since I moved out and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I’ve been given numerous excuses, and the management has changed several times with each person simply promising it would be sent, only for nothing to happen. It’s completely unacceptable that I haven’t received a response.”
-
It’s great to see this place finally turning things around. The reopening of the pool is a really positive step after what seems like a long period of issues.
-
“Communication from management needs significant improvement. It’s incredibly difficult to reach anyone – calls to the office or management’s cell phones consistently go unanswered.”
-
Okay, here’s a natural-sounding rewrite of that evaluation: “It’s a really unusual concept – a bit unsettling, actually, but the presentation is surprisingly stylish and well-done.”
