  Overall, the property feels really revitalized since Vineyards took over. They’ve been making some fantastic improvements – the new roads and pool are great additions and it’s a really exciting place to live now. I’ve also been really impressed with Chris, the manager; he’s always available and incredibly helpful. report abuse

  “It’s really looking good there! They’ve invested a lot in updating the mobile homes, and it’s great to see many of them are already finished. The pool renovation is a fantastic addition, and the new offices and meeting hall really enhance the space. Honestly, it’s noticeably cleaner and more well-maintained than the surrounding area – a real improvement.” report abuse

  “I’m really frustrated. It’s been over eight months since I moved out and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I’ve been given multiple excuses, and the management has changed several times – each time promising to send it, but nothing has ever happened.
