  Overall, the property feels really refreshed since Vineyards took over. They’ve made some fantastic improvements like the new roads and pool, which is great news. Chris, the manager, is also a really helpful and responsive person – it’s clear he’s invested in making the community a more enjoyable place to live. report abuse

  Overall, it’s a really promising place. They’ve clearly been investing in improvements – there are a lot of updated mobile homes, and many others are currently being worked on. The pool renovation looks great, and the addition of the offices and meeting hall is a fantastic upgrade. Plus, it felt noticeably cleaner than the surrounding area, which was a big plus. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated. It’s been over eight months since I moved out and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I’ve been given numerous excuses, and the management has changed several times with each person simply promising it would be sent, only for nothing to happen.
