  I took my Mclane lawn mower in for repair, and when I went to pick it up, it was running terribly – only with the choke partially engaged and making a really awful noise. I asked the owner to have a mechanic take another look and fix it properly, but he just said that was the best they could do. Strangely, it ran better when I brought it in originally. And to add to my frustration, he still charged me full price! It felt like a really unpleasant experience and he wouldn't even accept my debit card, insisting on cash. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place – avoid them. report abuse

  Overall, I had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the rental prices were really great value. Plus, everything was in excellent condition – the equipment was spotless and well-maintained. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. report abuse
