I’m writing to express serious concern about the driving behavior of this driver. This morning, while I was driving eastbound on I-10 near the 303 entrance around 5:20 AM – and maintaining a speed slightly above the limit – this truck driver repeatedly put other drivers at risk. He aggressively tailgated me, swerved into my lane and then back into the HOV lane, forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. Later, near 67th Avenue, he nearly caused a rear-end collision by cutting off a pickup truck. Frankly, this driver’s behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your company. Their actions are a significant liability and pose a serious risk of a lawsuit.
