  “Overall, my experience purchasing appliances and fixtures from this company was extremely disappointing. I invested over $100,000 in the last month, and unfortunately, the level of customer service I received was unacceptable. Specifically, we spent a significant amount – $48,980 – on Sub-Zero appliances and $18,000 on shower fixtures, and we also purchased four high-end TOTO toilets with wash-lets for $8,500.   I had an incredibly disappointing experience. The customer service was shockingly poor – dismissive, rude, and frankly, disrespectful. It was the worst I’ve ever encountered. To add to the frustration, the item I bought didn’t even fit, and I ultimately decided it was better to discard it than to deal with further issues. I won’t be returning. report abuse
