  “I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I made a significant investment – over $100,000 – and unfortunately, the customer service I received was quite poor. We purchased a complete sub-Zero appliance package for $48,980 and a full range of shower fixtures totaling $18,000, plus four TOTO wash-let toilets for $8,500.
