“I was really impressed with Durofoam Roofing! We had a pretty significant downpour recently, and their work on our roof was fantastic – it performed perfectly. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with. They’re a family-owned business, which made a big difference, and they were incredibly professional and friendly. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process, and the quote was exactly what we paid, with no unexpected fees. The crew was polite, kept the area tidy, and did a truly excellent job replacing our old roofing material. I’d definitely recommend them – I found them through Google Maps and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.”

“I cannot recommend this company. The work they did on my roof was incredibly poor – it’s uneven, with water pooling, and they damaged my gutters while doing so. Worse, they didn’t protect my yard or my furniture, leaving white spots on everything. While they eventually paid for the new gutters, the process was incredibly slow and frustrating, as I had to chase them up on their mistake. After the initial visit, they never returned to address the other damage they caused, which was completely unacceptable.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the work Durafoam did! Scheduling was a breeze, and they got the crew out here to replace my foam roof within a couple of weeks – incredibly fast. They were really careful and efficient removing the old roof, and the new one looks absolutely fantastic!”

“I couldn’t be happier with Durafoam Roofing. I found them through Rosie on the House and was really impressed with the whole experience. Lance, the estimator, was punctual, gave us a fair quote, and we ended up going with them. From start to finish, they were fantastic – the quality of their work was superb and the team clearly has a lot of experience. But what really stood out was their incredible customer service; they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. Plus, they were all so friendly and professional, and they left our property spotless after the job was done. I’d absolutely recommend them – I was very pleased and would definitely use them again.”
-
“I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. The initial installation resulted in a completely separate section of shingles, and when Durafoam inspected the work, they confirmed it was their own installation and the poor quality of the work. They refused to rectify the issue or cooperate with me, and then stopped returning my calls. Two other inspections also highlighted the substandard installation. Honestly, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.”

“I’m so pleased with the work Duraform did on our roof! The previous company clearly didn’t do a thorough job – their coating just flaked off shortly after. Thankfully, we were able to get someone else to fix the issues, but they even had to remove the faulty material completely. Duraform, however, were fantastic. They took the time to really powerwash, repair, and properly prepare the roof, and they patiently waited for the repairs and recent rain to dry properly. The result is a fantastic-looking roof, and I’m really happy with their service. If you’re dealing with a flat roof, it’s definitely worth getting a specialist involved.”

“I was really pleased with my experience dealing with Durafoam. As someone who inherited a warranty from the previous homeowner, I was expecting the worst, but they were incredibly friendly, responsive, and fair in handling my issue. It was a really refreshing change to find such genuine integrity in the roofing industry – a welcome surprise!”

“I was really pleased with Durafoam – my patio roof needed a complete overhaul, especially the tile area near the fireplace chimney which was starting to loosen. I was worried about leaks, and thankfully Durafoam did a great job sealing it last year, and I haven’t had any problems since. Duane Forstie was helpful and responsive when he came to inspect the roof a year later. I’d definitely recommend Durafoam to anyone looking for a long-lasting patio repair and sealing solution.”
-
“Duane was fantastic! He responded incredibly quickly – within a day of my request – and was so helpful and patient answering all my questions. I received a quote by email within an hour of his visit, and I really appreciated the follow-up phone call. He didn’t push anything, just seemed genuinely interested in our project. Honestly, I usually get two or three estimates, but after meeting with Duane, I knew there was no need to look anywhere else.”
-
“I was initially concerned about a much larger issue, but I’m so glad I contacted Durafoam. It turned out to be a simple problem – a bee hive blocking a scupper – and they quickly and efficiently resolved it, just recommending some caulking afterwards. Really appreciate their clear explanation and quick service!”
