  “I’m incredibly disappointed with Renco Roofing’s conduct. One of their representatives visited our home after our HOA approved our new roof, and then, shockingly, he revealed that *our* approved tile was the reason another homeowner’s request was denied. He essentially ‘outed’ us, and now we’re dealing with our own roofing company demanding the original approval letter – a letter they never even sent to us! It’s a completely unprofessional and frankly, damaging situation. The idea of a simple act of kindness turning into such a major hassle is appalling, and it’s made us seriously reconsider our trust in this company.
