Renco consistently provides excellent service. I’ve been a customer for around 15 years and they’ve always been incredibly friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile – truly top-notch customer service. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable and the quality of their work is outstanding.

“The roofing crew hired by the rental agency were really inconsiderate. They turned off the A/C in my condo without bothering to turn it back on before they left, and thankfully another vendor was able to quickly fix the problem. It was especially frustrating given it was mid-August in Phoenix.”

“I’ve always been really pleased with Renco – I used them on a previous home a few years ago, and then again recently when we had storm damage. They’re a fantastic team; incredibly professional and the whole process was so smooth. They really took the time to explain everything they were doing, and I appreciated their follow-up inspection a few days later as part of their quality control. Honestly, it’s a level of service you don’t always find – it’s made a real difference, and I’ve seen other contractors struggle with similar issues if they’d just taken the same approach.”

Honestly, I wouldn’t use this company again. They scheduled two separate times to fix my roof, but never showed up – they just didn't keep their appointments.

“Jacob Pierce felt the work Renco and Jeff Neil’s team did was exceptional. He particularly praised their communication and the fact that they went the extra mile to meet his roofing needs.”

“I can’t recommend Renco Roofing highly enough. They’ve consistently provided fantastic customer service for both myself and my company – truly going above and beyond. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers; AAM absolutely loves them!”

“I was really impressed with this company. They provided a quick and easy estimate and got the job scheduled right away. The work itself was fantastic – done on time and incredibly neat and professional. What really stood out was how they cleaned up everything afterward. And when I had a minor issue, they addressed it the very next day. I wholeheartedly recommend them!”

I’m incredibly disappointed with the recent roof work. I had a new roof installed three months ago because my neighbor needed one, and I was initially told that not getting one myself would lead to issues during rain. I agreed to get it done, but the first rain we had on July 26th caused a significant leak, with standing water in my house. They attempted a patch job, but I haven’t received any report detailing the repairs they made, and I’m seriously concerned about the long-term effectiveness of the fix. Frankly, this is the exact problem the roof was supposed to prevent, and I’ve wasted the money I spent. I’m now facing the very real possibility of needing a completely new roof.

“We were really pleased with the work Renco Roofing did on our roof. There were a couple of minor issues that needed addressing, but Devon was fantastic – he went above and beyond to sort everything out. He was incredibly patient, coming to the house twice to check on things and responding to my husband’s emails with a really professional attitude. The guys doing the actual work were also fantastic, working really hard all day and taking only a lunch break. We’d absolutely recommend them – 10/10!”
-
“I was really impressed with Renco Roofing. From the very beginning, with the sales team, right through to the installation – which was done by a fantastic crew – and even the follow-up after the job was complete, they were incredibly professional. It’s so refreshing to find a company that actually delivers on its promises; it’s a rare thing these days, and I really appreciated their reliability.”
