  Overall, the crew did a fantastic job with the roof repairs. They were incredibly thorough, taking pictures throughout the process and keeping me updated on their progress daily – I really appreciated that open communication. My only slight issue was the scheduling – it wasn't quite ideal for me, but they did manage to get the work done within the timeframe they initially provided. Marvin was a great job manager, really kept things on track and they stuck to the agreed-upon price, which was a huge relief. The roofers themselves were fantastic – hardworking, incredibly friendly and respectful, and they even cleaned up the area every day. Honestly, signing a contract can be a little nerve-wracking, but Ky-ko Roofing put all my worries to rest.   Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Marvin and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job – they really paid attention to detail and were incredibly professional, clearly bringing a lot of experience to the project. David, the superintendent, was also fantastic, keeping me fully informed throughout the whole thing, and his final inspection gave me complete confidence. I especially appreciated Ernie’s initial meeting; he took the time to explain everything about the KY-KO system and how the work would be carried out – it was so reassuring to see things done exactly as he described. And finally, Arlene in scheduling deserves a huge thank you for keeping me consistently updated on the materials and the timeline. My old, worn roof is now completely transformed, and I feel so much better knowing it’s ready for anything the weather throws at it. report abuse

  Ky-Ko was absolutely fantastic – truly a stellar experience from start to finish. Everyone on the team, from the sales folks to the office staff and even the roofers, was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond, promptly answering our questions and working seamlessly with our insurance company. I was especially blown away by the roofing team; they completely removed and replaced our old roof in just one day – it was unbelievable! Their teamwork and professionalism were top-notch, and they even took the time to clean up everything meticulously, including protecting our pool during the process.   Ky-Ko did a fantastic job replacing our patio roof! From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, the whole experience was really smooth and professional. The representative who came out was incredibly helpful and responsive, and they finished the work ahead of schedule – it was done in just a half-day, and they left the area spotless.   “I really can’t recommend KY-KO roofing. I had a terrible experience with them. They misled me, took my money, and provided absolutely no good service. To make matters worse, my roof is still leaking after today’s rain. Please, stay away from this company – believe me, they’ll likely cause more damage.” report abuse
