They really went above and beyond – not only did they expertly replace my entire roof in a single day, but they also handled all the communication with my insurance company, walking the adjuster through the repairs. James has been incredibly responsive, even after the job was complete, and I honestly believe they’re the best contractor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.   “I was really taken aback when someone showed up uninvited at my door to criticize my roof and immediately try to sell me a new one. It felt incredibly intrusive and aggressive. I asked them to leave, and then they followed up with an unwanted email – frankly, it was quite upsetting. I didn’t give them my information, and I definitely didn’t appreciate being pressured like that. If I needed a roof inspection, I would have contacted them directly. I’d strongly advise others to avoid businesses that resort to this kind of door-to-door sales tactic. Respect is earned, and this was a complete lack of it.” report abuse

Cody Bloor was absolutely amazing – he really took the time to work with us and our insurance company, which made the whole process so much smoother. We had significant storm and hail damage, plus some leaks in our skylights, and Multi Pro completely replaced our roof in just one day! We were blown away by how quickly and efficiently they worked, and they were incredibly careful about cleaning up afterward, leaving no mess behind.   Overall, we were really pleased with our experience working with Multi-pro. We received several bids, and after considering them carefully – including going through a few revisions with Multi-pro – our family and our neighbor chose them to replace our underlayment with synthetic underlayment for our two-story tile roof in Gilbert, AZ. We were a little nervous going into it, but Multi-pro did a fantastic job of keeping us updated every step of the way, quickly addressing any questions or concerns we had, and sticking to the agreed-upon materials, pricing, and timeline – except for the unavoidable rain delay. It’s not a project we do often, but it’s clear Multi-pro is a reliable and trustworthy contractor, and we’d definitely recommend them. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. Despite having very clear “no soliciting” signs posted, someone still came to our door. My husband correctly identified the signs, but instead of respecting our property, he took items from our delivery basket and even walked through our yard. To make matters worse, he deliberately interacted with a security camera. It was a deeply disrespectful and unsettling encounter, and we will not be using this company again. report abuse
