  Justin and Jordan did an absolutely fantastic job – we couldn’t be happier with the service. Communication was excellent; they always answered our questions promptly and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, which was surprisingly quick. We really appreciated that they had someone overseeing the work and then took the time to personally inspect the finished product to ensure everything was perfect. We were also really impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction, especially after being referred to them by another roofing company we trust.   Honestly, we were thrilled with the service TSM Roofing provided. As first-time homeowners, we knew our 15-year-old roof was nearing the end of its life, especially with the intense Arizona heat. To keep our insurance coverage in good standing, we needed to either repair or replace it. We got quotes from several different companies, but they were all ridiculously expensive – a real disappointment compared to what we’d seen online. A neighbor had highly recommended TSM, and we were so glad we called. They took the time to thoroughly inspect our roof, and when they gave us the quote, it was exactly what we’d been expecting and significantly lower than the other licensed roofers we’d spoken to. It was great knowing they were fully insured and compliant with our insurance company’s requirements. The crew was fantastic! They arrived on time with all their supplies, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were incredibly efficient – finishing the job, which was about 2,000 square feet including our shed, in just 3.5 hours! It was truly amazing. And they cleaned up every single bit of debris afterward. We felt completely confident in their professionalism and expertise, and they even back their work with a 10-year labor warranty.
