  “I was really pleased with AZ Alarm. Wesley did a fantastic job installing the cameras and Ring doorbell – everything was done really professionally. The pricing was fair, and they were incredibly responsive to all my questions. What really stood out was when the doorbell chime stopped working; they sent Wesley out immediately to fix it, even though it turned out to be a minor issue on my end, and they didn't charge me a thing!   “Overall, I had a really positive experience with them. However, I’d definitely recommend paying close attention to the length of the contract – mine was for three years, and after just two, I sold my house. While you certainly have other options like DIY systems or ADT, the level of customer service they provide is just outstanding.   “We had a really positive experience with Az Alarm when we initially purchased the security system. However, things went south once we needed support after the sale. Years later, when we decided to sell our house, we were unfortunately left to deal with the cancellation process ourselves, as Az Alarm offered no assistance.
