  “I was really pleased with AZ Alarm – Wesley did a fantastic job installing the cameras and Ring doorbell, and the pricing was very fair. I especially appreciated how quickly they responded to all my questions. When the doorbell chime stopped working, they were there within hours to fix it, and surprisingly, they didn’t even charge me for the repair! I’m incredibly grateful for their service.” report abuse

However, I’d really recommend paying close attention to the length of the contract – mine was for three years, and I ended up needing to sell my house after just two.   “I’ve been with AZ Alarm Company for a long time now, and I’m so glad I stuck with them. Honestly, there are a lot of alarm companies out there, and it’s tempting to go the DIY route or use a big name like ADT. But the difference is the customer service – it’s genuinely top-notch.   “Overall, Az Alarm did a fantastic job securing the sale. However, their support after the sale was really lacking. We unfortunately found them unresponsive when we needed assistance with our service later on. Years later, when we sold our home, they weren’t able to help us cancel our monitoring agreement, and instead directed us to a lengthy call center process.” report abuse

Honestly, Vince was a huge help – he really took the time to understand our needs and kept us from looking elsewhere.
