  “Honestly, the service we received was really disappointing. The young employee seemed incredibly frustrated, and unfortunately, he let it show with some inappropriate language. While we were understanding about a possible mistake, the way it was handled left a bad impression. It definitely felt like there was a need for some customer service training for the team.   “Thank you for getting back to me. While I appreciate the response, we’re still really disappointed with how things unfolded. As a business, we’re looking for a resolution – not necessarily a free fix, but something to show you understand the impact of what happened. It’s particularly difficult for us given my father’s recent recovery from a prolonged intubation due to COVID. Losing that much money – $400 – is a significant setback, especially now. And to be honest, the interaction with the representative was frustrating; the young man’s behavior was completely unacceptable and, frankly, felt like an insult to my father. I've shared the video with the owner, and I’m confident he’ll take appropriate action to correct the situation.” report abuse
