  “Willis Engineering was really helpful when I contacted them about a foundation crack in my guest casita. Unfortunately, they were completely booked for several weeks, which wasn't ideal for my timeline. Aida was fantastic – she went above and beyond to help me by providing a list of other engineers who might be available sooner. I contacted those referrals, but they were all fully booked as well. However, each of them took the time to look at the photos I sent and confirmed that it was a serious issue needing proper repair, not just a cosmetic fix. I really felt like they were committed to helping me, even though I wasn’t a paying client.” report abuse

  “Willis Engineering was my first quote for the RV garage, and frankly, it was significantly higher than anything else I received. They quoted $3000 for a basic, detached garage, but they didn’t really break down the costs at all – just a quick email. I ended up going with a different firm because they took the time to call me and walk me through their proposal and fees.   “I had a really positive experience working with Mike Willis and his team. We met at my new home to address some foundation cracks we’d spotted during the inspection, and Mike was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly walk me around the entire house, explaining everything he saw in detail and offering some great recommendations, which he backed up with a comprehensive report. What really stood out was how professional and helpful they were – they arrived early, were completely transparent about their findings, and clearly outlined the best way to move forward.
