“I reached out to Willis Engineering to get a quote for repairing a crack in my guest casita’s foundation, and unfortunately, they were completely booked for several weeks. Aida was fantastic – she was incredibly helpful over the phone and went out of her way to provide me with a list of other engineering firms that might have availability sooner. I contacted those referrals, and while they were all busy, they were all really professional and took the time to look at the photos I sent over. They both confirmed it was a serious issue needing proper repair, not just a cosmetic fix. I truly felt they went above and beyond, especially considering I wasn’t a paying client at the time.”

“Willis Engineering was my first quote for the RV garage, but I was pretty surprised by the price – $3000 for a basic, detached garage. They didn’t really break down the costs, just sent an email. I got a few other quotes, and they were significantly lower, under half the price. The biggest issue was that Willis didn’t take the time to explain their fees; I didn’t get a single conversation or explanation.”

“I was really impressed with Mike Willis and the team. We contacted them after noticing some cracking in the foundation of our new home, and Mike took the time to walk us around the entire property, explaining everything in detail. He didn’t just point out the issues; he provided a comprehensive report with specific recommendations for getting the work done. What really stood out was their professionalism – they were punctual, incredibly transparent about their findings, and offered practical advice on how to move forward. Honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them over any other structural engineering group in the area.”

“I reached out to Willis for a specific service, but Aida was incredibly helpful. Despite them not offering what I needed, she went above and beyond, providing me with a fantastic list of qualified engineers. Honestly, I’d spoken to four other companies beforehand, and Aida’s service was by far the most pleasant and professional. I’ll definitely be contacting them again if I ever require their usual services – her customer service was outstanding!”
