  “I was really hoping this certified DeWalt repair service would solve my problem, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. I sent in my punch, and it took a month to return. When I took it to the jobsite, it simply didn't work. When I took it back, the service was quite abrupt and unfriendly, which was disappointing.” report abuse

  “Seriously, this place is a mess! Cigarette butts everywhere, people not wearing seatbelts on the forks, and no mirrors – it’s completely unprofessional. I’m questioning whether anyone here is properly trained or certified. Honestly, I’m pulling out and going to Fisher Tools; they seem to take things much more seriously.” report abuse

  Overall, it’s a really impressive collection – there’s a huge range of tools available, and it seems to have everything you could possibly need. However, I did notice that the system can be a bit slow with its checks, which is perhaps just a reflection of how things often are in real life. report abuse
