  I’m so incredibly disappointed with my experience at this company. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I had a terrible experience with unprofessional mechanics and what felt like a scam. Their warranties are completely unreliable – don't trust them at all. I spent over $6,000 there a little over a year ago, and I’m still dealing with the exact same issue. And to make matters worse, trying to talk to Bill was a waste of time; he just kept trying to find loopholes in the warranty. report abuse

  Mike did a really great job handling the sale of the 4k water truck I was interested in. He was incredibly responsive – always answered his calls and texts quickly, and he was fair with the pricing. He even sent me the sales order promptly, which was really appreciated. report abuse

  Mike Shannon was fantastic! I bought a 2024 Trail King from out of state, and he really went above and beyond to make the process smooth. He sent over all the necessary paperwork and even arranged the delivery, which arrived in my yard in Colorado within just five days.   “I’m really disappointed with the service I received at Empire Truck and Trailer in Phoenix. They charged a hefty $260 an hour, and I was told this rate would apply from the moment they started the work.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Mike Shannon and Bret Burns. Honestly, they were completely unprofessional and, frankly, deceptive. They seemed to deliberately try to confuse me with the paperwork and played games with the DMV and Cat Financial – it felt like they were deliberately trying to avoid a straightforward process. They really go the extra mile to take care of you and treat you like a valued customer – you can tell they’re committed to providing a good service.
