  Jerry and the team from Angi were really helpful. It took a little while to initially connect, but once we were on the same page, Jerry quickly came over to check the mold around our windows. I was surprised and really appreciated that he took the time to remove his shoes when he arrived. Thankfully, it turned out the mold wasn’t a serious issue, and Jerry kindly advised me that I could handle it myself. He was so gracious to decline any payment for his time and honest advice. Despite not knowing the full extent of their work, I’d definitely recommend calling them for an assessment – I was particularly impressed with Jerry’s friendly and honest approach, which made me feel confident they’d do a great job if they took on a project. report abuse

  I was really concerned when I started getting water in my basement after some heavy rains – the carpet was soaked and I was worried about mold. I reached out to Eco Pro Restoration, and Mr. Stal was fantastic. He gave me some great advice, suggesting I just dry things out with fans, which worked perfectly. Later, after more rain, the problem kept coming back, but instead of immediately recommending a major, expensive fix, Eco Pro suggested focusing on improving the waterproofing around the foundation.   I was really impressed with Eco Pro Restoration, especially with Jerry’s service. I’d gotten a couple of estimates for what I thought was white mold in my attic, and Jerry came out to take a look. He was honest and explained that it wasn’t mold at all – it was actually just dirt and a reaction to something the beams had been exposed to. He even pointed out that mold isn’t typically flat, which really aligned with what I’d seen online. It was so refreshing to find someone so upfront and honest, especially these days. Jerry’s a genuinely good guy, and he’s also really funny!
