  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I paid them in full to install a new drain and sump pump, and they completely failed to show up. They kept pushing the date back – first to the 16th, then the 17th, and finally promised a crew would be there on the 18th, but nothing happened. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them daily, leaving multiple voicemails, with no response until today, when I was told they’re not available until the first of next month. They refused to offer any kind of discount or refund, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. report abuse

  I was really frustrated with this company’s waterproofing service. They offered a guarantee that only covered them returning to re-apply sealant if something went wrong *after* they’d done the initial waterproofing. Unfortunately, every heavy rain resulted in new leaks in my basement, leading to soaked drywall and carpet. It was incredibly stressful. However, I’m pleased to report that they actually followed up and completely resolved the issue – my basement is now dry, so I’m happy with the final outcome. report abuse
