“I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I was promised a project completion within a week, but it hasn’t happened. I paid for a service and haven’t heard anything, despite multiple calls over the last three weeks. They’ve made a lot of promises but haven't delivered, and communication has been extremely poor. Because of this, I’ve decided to move forward with another company to ensure I get the professional work I need, completed on time.”

“I had a bit of a frustrating experience with this company. I initially contacted them in September and they took all my details, promising to get back to me with a quote and appointment for January. While they seemed professional at first, I never heard from them. I waited a month and followed up with an email, but was simply told to be patient. It became clear that no one was going to contact me about that January appointment. I tried again on a holiday weekend and then spoke with Nicole, who explained Larry was out. Despite taking my number, she didn’t pass it along, so I haven’t received any updates.”
-
“I contacted them a month ago to get an estimate for a boundary survey and was told they were incredibly busy but would email me the quote. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting to hear back – I haven’t received the estimate yet.”
-
“I didn’t get to use their services today, but I wanted to say how genuinely impressed I was with the professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness of the team. I’d definitely recommend them and plan to use their services again in the future.”
