  I was really shaken up a couple of weeks ago when a driver in a box van came around a corner incredibly recklessly. He drifted right into my blind spot, almost hitting me, and then sped off. It was incredibly unprofessional and concerning – he needs to understand that driving a company vehicle represents the entire company and he needs to drive with much more respect and caution. I’ve never personally used Minnesota 1st Choice, but this experience has definitely made me reconsider them if I ever require their services in the future. report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with this business. I contacted them regarding a Pella window issue, and the representative was incredibly rude, essentially telling me I was on my own to deal with the problem because Pella wouldn’t handle it directly. It was completely unacceptable, and frankly, made me feel like I was being dismissed. To add to the problem, the owner contacted me afterward trying to defend the company’s actions, and then threatened legal action – it was a really concerning and unprofessional way to handle a customer complaint. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend using this company for Pella windows, and I definitely wouldn’t purchase from them in the future. report abuse
