Most recently, they efficiently removed about 95,000 square feet of parking lot and had it back in service within just three days (July 29th - August 1st).   Overall, the paving job looks really good. But I was particularly impressed with the team – they were so kind and considerate. One of the workers even went above and beyond by carrying my dog across a patch where he couldn’t walk safely, which was a really thoughtful gesture! report abuse

  “I was really frustrated and disappointed by the behavior I witnessed. As a driver with a disability and a parking tag, it was incredibly upsetting to see someone take two handicapped parking spots in front of the Bronson Lab office. They even blocked my designated spot, preventing me from being able to park.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. Honestly, I would have given them no stars if I could. The driver was unbelievably reckless, nearly causing a major accident by cutting across multiple lanes of traffic. He deliberately cut off another car attempting to turn, and even swerved directly in front of a vehicle exiting a parking lot – despite having the right of way. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision, and someone was unfortunately behind me as well. Considering I was just involved in a minor accident myself only two weeks prior, this was incredibly frightening. Their drivers’ behavior is completely unprofessional and puts lives at serious risk, and I intend to escalate this issue to the highest level of management. report abuse

  This was an incredibly frustrating experience. The level of disruption – shouting and loud activity at 6:30 am on a Saturday – was completely unacceptable. The response felt incredibly aggressive and disrespectful, and the threats made were completely unwarranted. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of consideration for residents in the neighborhood. I definitely won’t be using this company’s services again. report abuse
