David Peabody completely let us down. He provided an initial quote of $400 for a survey, demanded payment upfront, and then, without explanation, cancelled the entire project and refused to refund our money. It took a lengthy and stressful process – including writing a letter to the Michigan Licensing Board and filing a small claims case – just to get him to return the money he’d taken. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust him or pay him any money upfront.
