From the initial planning stages through to the final touches, the whole experience was fantastic. The crew was incredibly skilled and respectful, and they used truly top-notch subcontractors. As a designer, I was particularly impressed with their meticulous attention to detail. We hired them to do our primary bedroom and bath closet in 2023, and we’d definitely use them again for any future projects. Nathan was incredibly organized and efficient, and the technology app they use made staying updated on the progress and any changes so easy and straightforward. They were always courteous and respectful of our home, and we were particularly impressed when they even stepped in to help us with a sudden water leak – going above and beyond like that!   KC Custom Builders absolutely knocked it out of the park with our kitchen and family room remodel – it was a fantastic 3-month project! We were particularly impressed with their incredible attention to detail; they were so thorough and caught so many potential issues before we even noticed them. They also did a brilliant job coordinating with all the suppliers, going above and beyond to resolve any problems that arose.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the extensive kitchen remodel KC Custom Builders completed for us in 2019. Despite the usual surprises that pop up during a project of this scale, they managed to stay within our budget and were just about on schedule. Nathan, our project manager, was fantastic – he really pulled everything together, expertly coordinating the various subcontractors and stepping in whenever needed to keep things moving forward. We especially want to commend Jesse, the lead construction worker; he was incredibly reliable, courteous, professional, and consistently delivered outstanding work.
