From the very beginning, they were incredibly honest and really helped us keep our design ideas realistic and budget-friendly (a little too much HGTV influence!). They listened to our wish list and went above and beyond to incorporate everything we wanted. Plus, all the upgrades and changes we made were priced fairly. Because we were moving from Texas and building the house sight-unseen, we were really impressed with how consistently they communicated with us and how confident we felt that everything was on track.   We had a really concerning experience working with Mike. We were close to finalizing a contract on one of his homes in Plymouth and had a standard question about the floor plan. Unfortunately, Mike reacted extremely poorly, becoming angry and yelling at our agent. It felt like he was trying to push us away, and his response was completely unacceptable. We were shocked by his behavior – a simple question about a kitchen floor plan shouldn't have been met with such a hostile reaction, especially considering that a home is a major investment. Given his unprofessional conduct, we strongly advise anyone considering working with him to carefully read his Yelp reviews before proceeding.
