  Todd was fantastic to have working on our new heating system – a huge relief for an old house like ours (built in 1850!). He was incredibly patient and kept a really positive attitude as we navigated a few unexpected challenges. Beyond his excellent workmanship, he’s just a really friendly and easy person to get along with, and we truly enjoyed getting to know him while he was here. report abuse

  Todd was fantastic – really easy to work with and he got the job done perfectly. He quickly identified the problem with my complicated heat and hot water unit (it’s a tricky one that most plumbers avoid!) and ordered the necessary part. He followed through on his promise to return and completed the work efficiently. The price was reasonable, and he even took the time to clean up thoroughly.
