  Nick Munroe and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating my house. I was so pleased with the work – it was quick, professional, and the quality was excellent.   Nick was an absolute lifesaver – truly! I had a completely unexpected emergency on my way to work when a tire blew out on the highway. It was a really scary situation with the tire bouncing across lanes, but Nick was there immediately. Unlike most people who just stop and offer support, he took charge right away. He helped me remove the damaged tire, helped us figure out what to do, and even went out of his way to get a new tire for me at a store his company worked with, so I wouldn’t have to sit freezing in the cold waiting for roadside assistance. He got us home safe, and even gave my car a jump when it wouldn't start. Honestly, his service is exactly what you’d hope for in an emergency, and I can’t thank him enough. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing or construction company, you’ve found it! report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience – and frankly, with Munroe Roofing and Construction. From the start, Nick, the owner, was incredibly unprofessional and seemed determined to avoid completing the job. He repeatedly rescheduled, texting my wife to say he’d be over later and later, even while I was at my kids’ dance recital. It was completely disrespectful and incredibly frustrating. Then, to add insult to injury, the next morning I found a roofing nail in my tire! It’s unsettling to think about, and I can’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t done properly. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere – their behavior is simply unacceptable for a business owner. report abuse

  “Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Replacing the roof on our two-story house was a really complex job, but the contractor handled everything with incredible professionalism. They were always on time and stuck to the agreed-upon budget, and even went above and beyond by sending extra support. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we were really pleased with the thorough cleanup after the work was completed.
