  Chris was fantastic – really professional and honest. I got several quotes, and his was by far the best value. What really stood out was his integrity; he wouldn’t proceed with any work unless he genuinely believed it would benefit me. When I realized the original insulation space in my home was practically impossible to access, he immediately pointed that out, explained why the project wouldn’t be worthwhile, and even offered me some alternative solutions – all without charging a dime for his time or advice.   I was really disappointed with this experience. The estimator was over an hour late to my appointment, and then he never actually showed up to do the work. When I called to ask what was going on, he seemed completely confused and didn’t offer any apology at all – it felt like I was the one who had messed something up. I ended up cancelling and going with a different company who were professional, knowledgeable, and delivered a fantastic job.
