  Honestly, the technicians themselves were okay – about on par with other companies like Vortex. But the billing was a real problem. I’d really advise against using them due to the issues with their billing department. report abuse

  I’d strongly advise against using this company. They handled a simple security gate installation poorly – the technician took a battery from our property without our permission. To make matters worse, after admitting this, they attempted to pressure us into accepting a quote for extra work while still refusing to return the battery. We won’t be using their services again, and we recommend others avoid them as well. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Wonderful Door Company. They did a fantastic job replacing and servicing our doors – the technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
