  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I paid for a survey a year ago, and despite numerous calls – sometimes five times a week – to follow up with Lynn, Ivy, and Christ, they haven't been able to get the necessary corrections finalized for the county. It’s been a complete standstill, and frankly, a waste of time and money. I strongly advise against using their services.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Accurate. I commissioned a survey back in August, and it wasn’t completed until October – a huge delay. Worse yet, they missed installing one of the corner markers. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I spent countless hours on hold, only to be disconnected or bounced around to endless voicemails that were never returned. I had to repeatedly visit the office to get basic updates, and was constantly given misleading information. This whole process has caused significant delays with my fence installation and frankly, the level of service I received was completely unprofessional and frustrating.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. After receiving a survey with some serious issues with how it was designed, I’ve been chasing them for two months for a fix. Honestly, I’ve always found them to be a really reliable and trustworthy company – they clearly take a lot of pride in their work. I only felt the need to share my positive experience after reading some of the more critical reviews, which I naturally approached with a degree of skepticism.   Honestly, we had a fantastic experience with them back in 2014, but this recent project has been a complete disaster. It took over a month to finish the survey, and we struggled to get anyone to respond to our calls or emails – our manager never returned a single call. We tried multiple times, including my husband visiting the site, but no one followed up. The surveyors themselves were polite, but they were incredibly unprepared, failing to even stake out the property corners and then completely ignored our request to return and do it properly. Now they’re telling us staking the property line is an extra charge, which is absolutely ridiculous! Given the weather was dry the entire month, it's clear they simply didn't prioritize our project.
