Matt was fantastic – really went above and beyond to help us out every step of the way. He was incredibly responsive and seemed to have a great understanding of everything, working seamlessly with the team and coordinating the equipment perfectly. We’ll definitely be seeing him again!

Northwest Scaffold really went above and beyond for us. They quickly put together an order for equipment we needed to rent, and everything worked perfectly. Despite being temporarily closed due to the smoke, they were incredibly accommodating – they let us return the equipment as soon as they reopened and only charged us for the actual days we utilized it. They even handled the loading and unloading for us, and they were really careful with our truck. It was also reassuring to see they were taking precautions with COVID-19, with everyone wearing masks and utilizing plastic partitions where appropriate. Overall, a fantastic experience – and their prices were noticeably lower than those of the bigger national companies.
