  I was so pleased with my recent experience – it was a fantastic turnaround! After a really frustrating interaction with a previous company, Iron Mountain was a breath of fresh air. Caleb was absolutely wonderful; he was incredibly helpful, patient, and really listened to my ideas and edits, bringing my vision to life perfectly.   I absolutely loved the two Iron Mountain pieces I bought as gifts – and so did the people I gave them to! They’re really beautiful, unique wall art, and the quality is fantastic. Each one is a hefty, laser-cut steel piece with a gorgeous, natural coloration from the cutting process. They feel really solid and well-made, and I’m confident they’ll last a lifetime if you take care of them and hang them in a good environment. It’s worth noting that the photos on the website don’t quite do them justice – they’re actually quite large, which is great for a small studio like this. Plus, they packaged them so securely for shipping; I shipped one and picked up another, and both were handled with great care. You really get the feeling that a lot of love and attention went into the design. Overall, it’s a really good value, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again in the future! report abuse

  I recently purchased a key hook from IMS through Costco, and I absolutely love it – it’s a fantastic gift idea! However, I want to share a small hiccup in the process. I didn’t open the package until I got home, and unfortunately, it had a scratch. If you’re buying anything wrapped from IMS, especially through Costco, it’s definitely worth checking it out before you leave the store. What really saved the day was Caleb at IMS. He sent me a replacement item within a few days, even though he’d accidentally forgotten to include a return shipping box. He was incredibly kind and let me keep both the original scratched item and the replacement – it was a huge relief, especially as I was in the middle of a move. It was a little disappointing to discover the scratch initially, and it meant the recipient had to see it before I could get it replaced, but Caleb’s promptness and generosity turned a potential hassle into a really positive experience.
