They’ve built a fantastic business providing incredibly reliable security systems – we’ve been impressed with their service for over 20 years, and remarkably, they’ve never had a single false alarm. Communication with the monitoring service is always seamless and lightning-fast. Jeff and his son are incredibly responsive when repairs are needed, whether they walk you through the issue over the phone or come out for an in-person fix.   “We’ve been a very happy Potomac Sec customer for years, and Jeff has been fantastic. He’s always so professional and responsive – if we ever have a question, he’s right there to answer it. Recently, one of our sensors stopped working, and Jeff actually came out to our house to fix it. Honestly, it was great having him here; I’ve dealt with other alarm companies and I really appreciate his personal attention – it’s a much better experience than I’ve had with the big national chains.” report abuse
