  I’ve been a loyal customer of this Russell DO It Center for years, and I absolutely plan to continue shopping here. It’s truly amazing to see how much it’s grown and improved! The customer service is fantastic, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and the whole store just feels more focused on meeting customer needs. Honestly, I now choose this location over Home Depot and Lowe’s – it’s all about the people.   “Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The store was well-stocked, but the staff seemed completely uninterested in customers.   Overall, we’ve been incredibly happy with this place. We visit at least once a month and really appreciate their military discount. They’re fantastic for parties too – they rent out all sorts of equipment like garden tools, tables, and chairs. What really sets them apart is the staff; everyone is so knowledgeable and they have specialists in every area. If they don’t have something, they’re honest about it and point you in the right direction. Plus, they’re great at recommending reliable local professionals like plumbers and electricians. You can tell they genuinely build trust through those referrals. We’ve never had a bad experience and it’s a much better option than those big box stores. report abuse
