Honestly, I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with this company. I’ve been bounced around trying to cancel my service, and I’ve even been hung up on. I wish I’d done more research before signing up – I really regret it. Today, someone finally attempted to schedule a technician visit, but it was completely pointless because I’m a busy person and simply don’t have the time to be available. Worse, the person contacting me didn’t seem to have any record of our previous conversations with technical support or management. It’s clear Adt isn't delivering the service they promise, and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.
