“I’m incredibly disappointed with the work this company has been doing on my property for DRB. They’ve repeatedly failed to address the damage they’ve caused, and despite my requests, the issues remain unresolved. Worse, they’ve been operating heavy machinery in our quiet neighborhood until 9:30 every weekday, which is completely unacceptable. They’ve also built their water retention pond right above my existing fence, and frankly, the whole situation is concerning. To add to this, they’ve allowed people to conduct metal detecting on my property, and I’ve been subjected to inappropriate and threatening behavior while recording them – it’s deeply upsetting, especially with my children present. The installation of the silt fencing is also questionable, with tree roots clearly protruding from it, and it’s concerning that this was even approved. The neighborhood as a whole is worried about the location of the water retention pond, particularly considering it appears to be impacting our existing neighborhood’s water retention system, and the construction is clearly for a different area entirely.”
