Willy R. called within an hour of scheduling to confirm his arrival time, and he was right on time. He did an amazing job repairing and adjusting my garage door, and he took the time to explain everything to me in detail – even walking me through how to properly maintain it myself to keep it running smoothly. Seriously, if Willy R. is the one who comes to your house, you can rest assured the job will be done perfectly.   “I was really pleased with the service I received from Overhead Door. They called me 45 minutes before they arrived, and Arthur and Deandre were both incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They completed the installation of my garage door opener quickly and with a really neat job – they even cleaned up everything afterward! They took the time to walk me through all the features of the unit and answered all my questions thoroughly. Honestly, I feel like I can trust Overhead Door with any future garage door needs. Plus, they were about $400 less than another company I looked at, and I just really appreciate their design – it’s much better than the standard openers. Definitely my new go-to!” report abuse

  I was really happy with the new garage door Overhead Doors installed today. Arthur B. was fantastic – he was so prompt, polite, and got the job done quickly, within just a few hours.   Overall, we’re incredibly pleased with the service we received. They were prompt and efficient, and Arthur was fantastic – he was so knowledgeable and professional, really took the time to explain everything and get the job done right.   “I just wanted to express how incredibly pleased I was with the service Arthur and Justin provided. They were both prompt, kept me informed every step of the way, and quickly diagnosed the issue. While they did let me know there was an unexpected cost due to a broken cable, I appreciated their honesty and transparency. They went above and beyond, meticulously testing the door with all the controls – the wall button, opener fob, and even the outside keypad. Honestly, they were fantastic – knowledgeable, friendly, and a true representation of your company.
