“I recently got a 1/4” iron plate from R & R, and I was really impressed with their service. They handled my request quickly and with a really friendly attitude. While their place seems geared more towards bulk orders, they still went above and beyond to help me out, and I truly appreciated their consideration.”

Honestly, working with R&R was a huge headache. As a general contractor with projects across the country, I’ve dealt with a lot of vendors, but R&R was by far the worst. The fabricated parts never fit, and getting them to address any issues was completely impossible. During the installation, they damaged a lot of surrounding equipment, left a mess of welding debris everywhere, and, critically, all the welds failed inspection – they hadn’t even cleaned up the slag. To add to the problems, they were flagrantly disregarding safety regulations, which led to an OSHA complaint and ultimately had them removed from the site. I’ve since heard from other contractors in the area who’ve had similar negative experiences with R&R. I’d strongly advise against using them.

“Everything looked fantastic – a really lovely job overall. I’d definitely recommend them.”

“Overall, the work was fantastic! They did a really thorough job, everything was beautifully done and finished, and they turned it around quickly and exactly to my specifications.”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on “fix it all,” aiming for a human-written tone: “Overall, the project needed a significant overhaul. While there were some promising elements, the disjointed nature of the work and the lack of a clear direction really held it back. A complete reset and refocus would have been the most effective approach – essentially, a ‘fix it all’ strategy would have been necessary to bring everything together into a cohesive and successful outcome.”
