  Honestly, after three years, we’ve had nothing but problems with this builder. We’ve had to replace almost every appliance, including the air conditioning, and the electrical work was shockingly bad. It’s clear they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction – we’ve experienced lies and rude behavior from their employees. The quality of the materials and paint used in the homes is also incredibly low. There’s just so much that’s gone wrong; if you’re looking to build a home, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience we had. From the very beginning, we were given misleading information about an extension being available for our new home, only to discover it had been added to numerous similar houses in the neighborhood. Adding to the frustration, the customer service we received was shockingly poor – a rude and unprofessional response from Charlie after I explained my concerns felt completely dismissive. Frankly, you’d expect a company offering homes in the $500,000 range to stand behind their name and address problems, but it became clear they only cared about getting our money. We felt completely misled and discriminated against throughout the entire process. report abuse

  Overall, the homes themselves look fantastic, but I have to say I’m really disappointed with the customer service experience. We’ve been dealing with issues that arose shortly after we moved in, and it’s been a shockingly long process – almost four years – to get them properly addressed. I would definitely urge anyone considering this company to think carefully before moving forward. report abuse

Despite starting work, we repeatedly faced workers abandoning the job without returning, and several promised follow-up tasks, like replacing the trees, were simply never done. It seemed the homeowner’s association handover was also incredibly disorganized and incomplete, which added to the challenges we encountered.” report abuse
