  Overall, we’re really enjoying our new home – the sales team was great and the neighborhood is lovely, and we absolutely love the layout. However, things have been a bit frustrating, particularly with the contractor. Once he finishes getting the survey finalized, it feels like he’s completely disappeared. report abuse

  Overall, we were really happy with Pulte. The entire process, from the initial stages right through to completion, was incredibly smooth and easy. Sophia was fantastic – a real pleasure to work with. And we were really impressed with how consistently on schedule the build stayed, and appreciated the good communication they provided when we needed it. report abuse

  “Honestly, it’s incredibly frustrating to see a company like Pulte – a national brand – resorting to falsifying energy certificates to cover up problems with their work. We’ve been dealing with this radiant barrier issue for nearly two years now, and it’s looking like we’ll have to pursue legal action to get it resolved, costing us $2300.” report abuse

  We’re so thrilled with our new home – Pulte really builds stunning homes, and we’ve been really impressed with the build process. We’d definitely recommend getting a third-party home inspector in beforehand, ideally during the pre-drywall stage, to catch any potential issues. report abuse

  “Initially, things went really smoothly when we were showing the model homes to potential buyers. But on closing day at the Scottsdale office, it felt quite chaotic and disorganized – the walk-through especially seemed a little messy.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this builder. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them – I’d give them zero stars if I could. From start to finish, it’s been a really stressful and problematic experience. The saleswoman was completely unprofessional and, frankly, gave us misleading information. Now that we’ve moved in, our new home is a complete disaster, and we’ve run into some serious issues.” report abuse
