  Joe was fantastic at initially helping us get a suitable lift and a straightforward delivery process. However, we’ve run into a frustrating issue – the company doesn’t stand by its 30-day guarantee, and despite requesting reimbursement for a $100 part needed to fix the lift, our requests have been consistently ignored. While Joe seems genuinely helpful, it feels like our concerns aren't being addressed. report abuse

  “I’ve been a really happy customer for about four years now, and I can’t recommend them enough. Joe was fantastic – he really took excellent care of me. They’ve been a huge help getting us set up with equipment; we got two forklifts for our warehouse and a Kubota tractor for the farm, and everyone I dealt with was incredibly courteous.” report abuse

  Dealing with this company was an incredibly frustrating experience. We paid a significant amount – $35,000 – for a Mitsubishi forklift, but it arrived two months late. Worse still, we were provided with a rental forklift that was constantly breaking down, needing repairs twice a day, and unfortunately, the mechanic seemed to be using it more than our own team. report abuse
