  Shepherd Plumbing was fantastic! We had a really frustrating issue with our water heater, and Lamar responded incredibly quickly – he was out the next day to fix it completely. Not only did he install a new unit, but he also added a booster to give us an extra 30 gallons of water – I didn’t even realize that was a possibility! And the whole process was so smooth and easy, thanks to Lauren in the office and Josh, the owner. But the best part was Lamar’s excellent work; we absolutely love Shepherd Plumbing! report abuse

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just wanted to say how fantastic my experience was with Shepherd Plumbing. They recently did a great job installing my water heater – they responded within 24 hours and had it done in just 48 hours! I was so impressed that I called them back to disconnect a frozen hose and replace an old one. They even walked me through the terminology – they were so helpful! They went above and beyond, crawling all the way through my house to do the job, and it was done in under an hour.   Shepherd Plumbing truly went above and beyond to resolve a major plumbing issue we were facing. Initially, they expertly diagnosed the problem with a rusted pipe under our crawl space, skillfully managing the water removal and repair. Then, as it turned out, the issue was far more complex, with another hidden leak discovered by a team led by Greg, Neary, and Tucker. They meticulously addressed both problems, including a second jackhammering and slab restoration. While we’re incredibly grateful for their dedication and the successful outcome, we were disappointed that they didn’t inform us about the additional cast iron pipe during the initial repair – a situation that ultimately required a second, costly intervention a year later. We’ll definitely be using Shepherd Plumbing again, but with a clear expectation of proactive communication moving forward. report abuse
