“The experience with this contractor was really frustrating. I found him through a Facebook recommendation, and while he initially came to my house to assess the chimney repair, his communication was incredibly poor. My wife was in labor during that time, and he sent me an estimate. A couple of days later, he sent a rude text criticizing me for not responding immediately, and then continued to bombard me with messages demanding I get back to him. It felt completely insensitive and unprofessional, and I ultimately asked him to stop contacting me.”

They recently did some major work at my commercial property – rebuilding a brick wall, fixing the sidewalk, and even waterproofing – and it was all done during the challenging Covid period. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with them. They were incredibly reliable, the quality of their work was outstanding, and they were always on time and kept me fully informed.
