“I cannot recommend Crocker Electrical. We hired them to inspect a house we were buying, and it was a complete waste of time and money. They came out to assess the wiring, specifically to determine if there was any knob and tube – a critical factor in the sale. The electrician spent only about 20 minutes, simply testing the outlets and declared the house was free of knob and tube, stating we couldn't tell by just looking at the outlets. They didn't even open any fixtures to examine the wiring itself. Unfortunately, once we bought the house, it quickly became clear that there was extensive knob and tube wiring throughout. We’ve now had to pay for a full house rewire, costing us thousands of dollars – an expense we could have avoided if Crocker had actually done a thorough job. Multiple electricians have confirmed that the wiring was immediately obvious, and frankly, it seemed like they deliberately missed a crucial part of the inspection. It felt incredibly misleading and, quite frankly, unethical. I won't be using or recommending Crocker Electrical again.”
