  I’m incredibly disappointed with the work this company did. The gutters are sagging, significant sections weren’t properly secured, and they left a huge mess in my yard with plastic shavings and debris. To make matters worse, they increased the price dramatically after starting the job. Now they’re completely unresponsive, ignoring my attempts to get them to address the issues.   I would strongly advise against working with this company. My experience was incredibly negative – the workers were slow and careless, and the business owner, Hristo K., was consistently unprofessional and frankly, quite difficult to deal with. He seemed determined to find excuses and tried to take advantage of me regarding warranty issues and overcharging. It felt like a clear attempt to scam me, and they completely lack a sense of responsibility for their work. Save yourself the stress and frustration and seek out another contractor. report abuse

  Honestly, the prices were pretty good, but I was really let down by the quality of the work and the customer service. They couldn’t even diagnose the problem with my new downspouts – they were vibrating terribly in the wind – and when they did try to fix it, the repair fell apart within a week.
