  Russell was fantastic to work with – he really made the whole process smooth and easy. He took the time to walk us through everything beforehand and even offered some really helpful suggestions along the way. He was also incredibly flexible and accommodating when we needed to make last-minute adjustments, and he finished the job quickly and efficiently.   Overall, we were really happy with the driveway REP installed – it has a fantastic, classic look with the expansion joints done by hand, which we really appreciate. Russ was fantastic throughout the whole process, always quick to answer our questions and his crew was incredibly friendly and even took the time to play with our dog! Plus, the way they pitched the driveway, both towards the street and the sides, is brilliant for drainage. report abuse

  “I’m extremely disappointed with this contractor. The work wasn't completed to a satisfactory standard, and I’ve had significant difficulty getting in touch with them since the job was finished. We paid over $60,000, and there’s now a persistent water pooling issue at the end of the patio – a serious concern that hasn’t been addressed.” report abuse
