  “We had a really frustrating experience with this company after our sewage line became clogged. They immediately assumed the pipe was located in the garage and started digging, but unfortunately, it wasn’t there. Honestly, it would have been much more efficient to begin the investigation from the driveway where the access point is. To make matters worse, they accidentally broke a window on our garage door. I was told by Alex Gambrells that they would cover the repair costs once it was fixed, but despite leaving several voicemails, sending numerous texts and emails – including attaching the repair invoice – I’ve received absolutely no communication or response. Because of their lack of follow-through and failure to honor their commitment, I’m now out $200. I wouldn't recommend this company based on their unresponsiveness and inability to keep their word.” report abuse

  “Maryland WORX were absolutely fantastic! We had a really stressful situation – a plumbing issue in our 1960s house, and we had an elderly resident in the home relying on oxygen and hospice care, making it incredibly difficult to move around. Alex and Maryland responded so quickly and efficiently. They pinpointed a drain blockage caused by tree roots and got everything back up and running. But the job didn’t stop there. They also obtained the necessary permits and tackled a huge project – digging up and completely replacing our sewer line. It was a really tight space between our house and the neighbor’s retaining wall, and they expertly excavated, rebuilt the wall, and restored the yard. The trench was over 6 feet deep, and they used modern Sch40 PVC. What really stood out was how professional and friendly they were. They kept us fully informed, showing us pictures of the roots they removed and explaining everything in detail. There were no hidden fees or confusing jargon – just honest, reliable service. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better team. We wholeheartedly recommend Maryland WORX!” report abuse
