Joe was fantastic – he took care of everything from the pavers for my walkway and granite mailbox to even the fire pit, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Honestly, I’m not very handy myself, but they were so helpful and knowledgeable, which made me feel really comfortable tackling these projects.   I absolutely love my patio – I was able to do the whole thing myself, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Joe and the team at Drywall Masonry. I’d been there years ago to buy a fire pit kit, and I was so impressed with the prices and Joe’s fantastic service. Last year, when I was building a patio for my pool, Joe helped me price out everything I needed, and his prices were the best I could find. He really took the hassle out of it, even letting me store the supplies until I was ready to install them. When the delivery arrived, they even placed everything exactly where I wanted it, and the driver was incredibly helpful and accommodating. And it didn’t end there! Joe also took care of getting us granite mailbox posts for the neighborhood – they look amazing, and he got them delivered ahead of schedule. Seriously, if you’re thinking about a hardscape project or a beautiful granite mailbox post, you absolutely have to check out Drywall Masonry. Joe’s the best! report abuse

  Joe in Raynham was absolutely fantastic – honestly, the best customer service I’ve ever received. I contacted several other places looking for a specific part, and they all told me it was discontinued and there was nothing they could do. But Joe went above and beyond, working directly with the manufacturer and somehow managing to get the parts when everyone else said it was impossible. It’s truly remarkable, and I wish I could give him more than five stars!   I’ve been working with Joe and his team at Drywall and Masonry Supplies for years, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. They’ve always been incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional – truly trusted advisors. I’m disappointed to see them rated only three stars; it doesn’t reflect the quality of service they consistently provide.   “I had a really frustrating experience here. I drove all the way from Braintree to get a bag of mortar, but when I arrived at 3:05 pm – which is still open until 4 pm on Fridays – the staff member was incredibly rude and insisted they were already closed. They didn’t even seem to want to assist me or find out what I needed. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend going there.” report abuse

  “I had a really bad experience with this company. They delivered the sheetrock – worth $1500 – while it was raining, and it wasn’t properly wrapped, so it arrived completely soaked. To top it off, the customer service was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend them.” report abuse
