  “Earl’s really impressed me. They responded to my call so quickly – the next morning actually! The tech, Angelo, was fantastic; he was both professional and really easy to talk to.   “I was really pleased with Earls – I’d been able to get homeowners insurance through them, which was fantastic as I had some work needing to be done.   I was really disappointed with my experience with Earls. The representative who came out didn’t seem to do any troubleshooting at all before just recommending a $1200 rebuild or a completely new water heater for $1600 – it felt like there wasn’t any effort to explore other options. report abuse
