“I can’t recommend this company at all. They’re incredibly unresponsive – never return calls and rarely reply to emails. The only time they reach out is to aggressively pursue overdue bills, even if they’re just a day late. This resulted in a significant financial loss for me, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid working with Tony or this staff.”
-
“I unfortunately cannot recommend Shari or this company. My experience was marked by a consistently rude attitude and a serious lack of professionalism. Communication was almost exclusively focused on billing matters, and it felt incredibly dismissive. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t do business with them.”
-
“I was incredibly frustrated with this experience. My architect provided the correct address for the property, but the surveying crew mistakenly surveyed the wrong property altogether. It seemed like a very basic oversight – they simply didn’t take the time to verify the address with a quick Google search. Adding to the problem, the invoice demanded Net 30 terms, and they refused to release the completed project until they physically received a check, even though I’d provided proof of mailing. Ultimately, I spent weeks dealing with this issue and lost almost $3,000 – I’m extremely disappointed with the service.”
-
“This person really knows their stuff and you can tell they’re someone you can rely on.”
