  Working with Mark Wanner and Northern Castle Homes to build our retirement home in Petoskey was an absolutely fantastic experience. Mark and his team did a brilliant job managing our budget, and they were consistently there to offer guidance and support throughout the build – which, understandably, had a few challenges due to being on the lake.
